• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

• Within Karachi: Delivery will take 2-3 working days after processing.

• Outside Karachi: Delivery will take 5-7 working days after processing, depending on the destination.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.

• If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to accept, or any other issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

• In case your package is lost or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
